Our 100th Acquisition
In May 2016, Access CEO Rob Alston announced the acquisition of 13 document management assets recently acquired by Iron Mountain Incorporated. The locations had been operated by Recall Holdings Limited until May 1, 2016.
This transaction followed a review from the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Antitrust Division, which identified Recall document management operations throughout 15 metropolitan areas that Iron Mountain was required to divest. Access was approved as the buyer of 13 of those 15 geographies. As our 100th acquisition, this transaction represents a significant expansion for Access and puts us in the position to better serve our clients’ needs throughout more, if not all, of the cities in which they do business.
