Rob Alston
Chief Executive Officer
Rob is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In addition to his executive management responsibilities, Rob focuses on driving Access’ growth strategy, including acquisitions. Rob previously served as EVP of Corporate Development overseeing all acquisition and integration related activities, and then as President of Operations and Business Development before being promoted to CEO in 2010. Rob has 16 years of experience in the industry having joined Access during the 2005 acquisition of FileMinders of Hawaii, where he was a founding partner and Director of Operations. Rob is also a member of the board of directors of the OASIS Group, European records and information management provider. Rob has also served as the President of the Hawaii Chapter of ARMA International and held a position of Director for PRISM International through December 2013.

John Chendo
President
John is the driving force behind the company’s growth strategy and acquisition activity. Prior to joining the Access executive team full-time in 2009, John was a Principal at Housatonic Partners and has served on the board of directors of Access since co-founding the business in 2004. John has more than 15 years of financial management and acquisition experience, including management roles in software and services industries, private equity investing and investment banking. John is also a member of the board of directors of the OASIS Group, a European records and information management provider, and ProService HR, an outsourced human resource administration company. John is an honors graduate of the School of Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.

Judd Feldman
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Judd is in charge of the Finance, Accounting, lender and other financial relationships. In addition, Judd plays an integral role in acquisitions, acquisition integration and operational and financial strategies. Prior to joining Access, Judd was CFO at Empire Today. At Empire Today, he was a key member of the senior management team that built and executed a rapid and successful expansion strategy. Judd also held a number of divisional CFO positions at Sears Roebuck and Co. and currently serves on the board of directors of Champion Windows. Judd has an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan and a degree in economics from Duke University.

Nathan “Nate” Campbell
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Nate is focused on achieving the company’s strategic goals and is responsible for the smooth integration of acquired companies. Nate joined Access as the EVP of Sales and Marketing and was responsible for companywide sales and marketing strategy, field sales team management, account management programs and the Access Client Education Series. Nate has more than 20 years of experience in the records and information management (RIM) industry and an impressive track record as a strategic sales leader and business growth manager. Prior to joining Access Nate held the position of Global Director of Sales at Recall. An active thought leader in RIM industry trade associations, Nathan is currently president of the board of directors of PRISM International.

W. Price Brannon
Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Latin America
Price is responsible for the company’s comprehensive information technology infrastructure as well as all digital access solutions development and implementation companywide. Price began his career with Pierce Leahy Archives serving in various roles as the company grew from $20 million to $350 million in revenue from 1988 to 2000 when the company merged with the similarly sized information services provider Iron Mountain. As chief operating officer of Retrievex, Price was focused on achieving the company’s strategic goals and is responsible for the smooth integration of acquired companies.

Dennis E. Barnedt III
Founder and Chairman
Dennis holds the founder title at Access having started the company in 2004. Dennis served as the company’s CEO until 2010 and currently sits on the Access Board of Directors. Dennis has spent over twenty years serving clients in the records and information management industry and has an additional eight years of executive leadership experience in distribution and logistics. In addition to his Founder and Director role at Access, Dennis currently serves as the CEO of the OASIS Group a records and information management service provider in Europe with operations in the UK, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands. Dennis is also a Past President of the Board of Directors for PRISM International.

David Gesinger

David is responsible for company wide branch operations, including facilities, safety, security, client care and financial oversite. David has more than 15 years of senior management experience in the records and information management (RIM) industry and an additional eight years serving in executive-level positions within the health care industry.

Michael Schwab
Executive Vice President, Sales
Michael is responsible for the company’s national account business development strategy and currently serves as the executive managing Access field sales and account management teams in the Western U.S. He has more than 15 years of experience in the records and information management industry and has held a variety of executive positions in records and information management and high technology industries.

Peter Hamilton
Regional Vice President, Northeast
Pete provides oversight and guidance to the Access Northeastern operations. Pete has more than 35 years experience as an executive in the Records and Information Management Industry. Pete held several senior management positions for Leahy Business Archives and Pierce Leahy Archives including Services Manager and Director of National Accounts. He has also been involved in the development and implementation of global Records Management programs and was the Vice President of Records Administration for Goldman Sachs after leaving Pierce Leahy in early 2000. Pete previously served as General Manager for the New York Metro, Long Island and Philadelphia Retrievex locations.

Peter Berndt
Regional Vice President, Southeast
Peter joined the Access team in 2012 via the acquisition of Filing Source, Inc. in Jacksonville, Fla. Originally from Potsdam, Germany, Peter has more than 15 years of industry experience in various management roles servicing clients in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. Peter brings extensive experience in business integration and operational efficiencies to the Access team. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Peter swam on the 1988 German Olympic team.

Chris Harris
Regional Vice President, Pacific
Chris has been a long standing member of the Document Destruction Industry. He got his start in the industry during the late 1990’s as a partner with ShredEx in California and Hawaii. In 2008, ShredEx Hawaii was sold to Access and Chris stayed on as their General Manager to oversee not only document destruction but also the document storage division on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Big Island and Kauai. He is active within the industry and continues to strive to set the bar high for security standards and community service. Under his leadership, Access has become a dominant force in the Records Management, Shredding, Media Vault Storage and Digital Access Solutions in Hawaii. In 2013, Chris was promoted to Regional Vice President of the Pacific. He completed his Geography Degree at UC Santa Barbara and currently serves on the Board for the Hawaii Chapter of ARMA International.

Adrian Tovar
Regional Vice President, Latin America
Adrian is responsible for the overall financial performance and growth of the region. He manages the Retrievex brand in both Costa Rica and Panama, as well as Access in Trinidad and Tobago. Prior to joining the team, he worked in the finance industry in Wall St and London, as well as serving as CFO of one of the biggest non-profit foundations in Costa Rica. Adrian has an MBA from Rice University and a degree in Finance from LSU.
